19 - 24 Dec 2026
Five days with Shreans Daga inside a 102-foot meditation pyramid, an hour from Bengaluru.
4 nights, all meals, every session · 350 seats, one cohort
16th
retreat since 2023. This is not a first attempt.
41
people in the July hall had done it before. One couple was on their seventh.
20+ yrs
of Shreans Daga's own practice behind every session.
36
cities in one hall. 255 guests, median age 46, 59% women.
A mind that switches off at night. Patience that lasts the week. Success that actually feels like something. A day you run, instead of survive.
And you have done what capable people do. Worked harder, read the books, tried the apps, told yourself it will settle down after this quarter.
Here is what nobody taught you: behaviour does not change until the inner world driving it does. You keep upgrading your life while the mind running it stays on factory settings. Patterns you never chose. Reactions that fire before you decide.
Not because peace is out of reach.
Because nobody ever showed you how your inner world works.

Shreans Daga
"Experience before belief."
A Quantum Leap is not a discourse you sit through. It is a working education in your own mind: how thoughts, emotions and consciousness shape what you experience, taught clearly, then experienced directly.
Neuroscience. Quantum physics. Breathwork. Deep meditation. One structured five-day immersion, pitched at people who already sit.

Different people arrive carrying different things. Retreat after retreat, they describe the same shifts.

The late-night racing stops being your default. Stillness becomes something you return to at will.

The gap between trigger and response widens. The people you live with notice before you have said a word.

Traffic, meetings, other people's moods still happen. They stop deciding how you feel.

The loops you inherited and the ones you built, seen clearly. What you can see, you can set down.

A nervous system that has learned to settle gives you mornings you do not fight.

Not the memory of five good days. A practice and an understanding you run for the rest of your life.

Retreat after retreat. The same shifts.
Nothing here asks for your faith. You are guided into direct experience and invited to observe what happens.
Nothing here asks for your faith. You are guided into direct experience and invited to observe what happens. What you experience yourself, nobody can argue away.
A weekend gives your mind a break. It does not give it long enough to stop. Day three is when something loosens. Days four and five are what you came for.
A 102-foot pyramid built to specific proportions, seating the whole cohort at once. Sound behaves differently inside it. So does silence.
No robes, no vows, no Sanskrit you are expected to already know. The teaching cites neuroscience where it has something to say, and the older traditions where they got there first.

That is the shape of every day. What sits inside it is advanced work, and Shreans sets those topics himself, closer to the retreat.

Stillness stops being rare and starts being yours on demand.

The most physically intense session of the five, and the one people most often call the turning point.

The whole cohort, one hall, one practice: letting go of what you have been carrying.

Fire ceremony, music under the stars, people who arrived as strangers on Wednesday.
Six processes. One arc. Each one builds on the last.
There is a moment when you realise the inner life you want will not build itself. Not next quarter, not after the next milestone, not once things settle down.
For many of the people who end up at Pyramid Valley, that moment looked exactly like this: a page, late at night, and a decision.
Reserve my placeEach day builds on the last. That is why it is residential, and why it is five days and not a weekend. Select a day to read what it holds.

01
Most people arrive still moving at city speed. Day 1 brings you down gently: first meditation, the first talk, a guided walk of Pyramid Valley, the fire ceremony, and music under the stars. By the time you sleep, your nervous system has stopped bracing for tomorrow.

Five days. One arc. Your transformation starts here.

On Day 4 you sit in the Healing Circle: the whole cohort meditating together inside the 102-foot Maitreya Buddha Mega Pyramid, in a practice built for letting go of what you have been carrying.
Not because someone tells you to. Because in that stillness, your nervous system finally believes it is safe to.
By the time you open your eyes, something has moved. Not because you watched a presentation. Because your body experienced a new depth of quiet in real time.

Pyramid Valley International sits an hour outside Bengaluru, on land set aside for exactly one purpose. At its centre stands the Maitreya Buddha Mega Pyramid: 102 feet high, one of the largest meditation pyramids in the world, built to specific proportions, with a hall that seats the whole cohort of 350 at once. Sound behaves differently inside it. So does silence.
Around it: gardens, walking paths, a hillock to sit on, and enough distance from the city that your phone stops being the most interesting thing in your hand. None of this is decoration. Five residential days work here because the environment stops arguing with the practice.
Fly or take a train into Bengaluru; a cab brings you straight to the valley. Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru 562112. Check-in opens 2:00 pm on 14 October. The airport and the valley sit on opposite sides of the city, so allow for Bengaluru in between when you book your flight home. Call +91 98676 66444 for the route or help sharing a cab.
If you can, come a day early or leave a day late. Walk the valley before it begins. People who give themselves that margin say the retreat starts working before it starts.

Shreans Daga is the Founder of the Shreans Daga Foundation, MD of Betul Oil Ltd, Chairman of Pyramid Valley International, an EO Certified Speaker, and a Member of YPO. He has shared the stage with Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, Jim Kwik, and Jack Canfield. He is not a renunciate. He runs a business, sits on boards, and keeps a calendar that looks like yours. What he found was a practice that made him better at a demanding life, and he has spent twenty years working out how to hand it to other people without the packaging. He teaches all five days, in English and in Hindi.
Each guest teaches once across the five days. Session times are confirmed with guests before arrival.

Co-Guide
A deep meditator since childhood, Varun joins Shreans in the hall as a co-guide, bringing an entrepreneur's clarity and a practitioner's depth to every session.
Pre-Birth Planning
Robert Schwartz is the author of the international bestsellers Your Soul's Plan, Your Soul's Gift, and Your Soul's Love, books that have transformed how people understand life challenges. He teaches pre-birth planning: the idea that we ourselves choose the major events of our lives before we are born. Liesle joins him for an open Q&A with the hall.
Guided Meditation
Helen Hamilton joins live on Zoom with a guided meditation delivered with real-time translation. Her sessions are known for their depth and stillness, and she brings decades of practice in consciousness work.

Reserve my place, from ₹7,500This October is the sixteenth retreat since 2023. In July, 41 people in the hall had been before: twenty-five on their second, nine on their third, five on their fourth. One couple was on their seventh, having come to every retreat since 2024. Seventeen of them had been at the May retreat only six weeks earlier. People who know exactly what the schedule demands, choosing to do it again. That is worth more than any quote.
