    Refund & Cancellation Policy

    1. Cancellation by Participant

    We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration for a retreat or workshop, please notify us as soon as possible via email at info@shreansdaga.org.

    • More than 30 days before the event: A full refund will be issued, minus a 10% administrative fee.
    • 15 to 30 days before the event: A 50% refund will be issued.
    • Less than 15 days before the event: No refunds will be provided.

    2. Transfer of Registration

    If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person, subject to our approval. Please contact us at least 7 days prior to the event to arrange a transfer.

    3. Cancellation by Shreans Daga Foundation

    In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a retreat or workshop, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to us. We are not responsible for any other expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodation.

    4. No-Shows and Early Departures

    No refunds will be given for no-shows or if a participant leaves an event early for any reason.

    5. Processing of Refunds

    Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days to the original method of payment.
